Refund and Return Policy
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged or defective product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product has missing parts or accessories.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Products damaged due to misuse.
- Items that have been used or altered.
- Items without original packaging.
- Personal care, hygiene, or intimate products (for hygiene reasons).
3. Return Process
Since we only support Cash on Delivery (COD) and do not have a tracking system, all return requests must be submitted manually.
To request a return:
- Contact our Customer Support with your Order ID, issue description, and photo/video proof.
- Our team will verify the issue within 24–48 hours.
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for sending the product back.
4. Refund Process (COD Orders Only)
Refunds are issued only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products after verification.
Since we support only COD:
- Refunds will be sent through Bank Transfer or UPI.
- You must provide accurate bank/UPI details for processing your refund.
- Refund timeline:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
5. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
- Repeated COD refusals without valid reasons may affect your future COD eligibility.
6. Exchanges
We can offer an exchange for defective or damaged items, subject to stock availability.
